Hi! I’m Stef Wild, and I’ll be your coach;

I’m here to curate a personalised training program for you that is efficient, effective and, most importantly, enjoyable! You deserve to live your life to the fullest and I’m here to ensure that get you the results you desire! 

Creating content for and connecting with students from all corners of the globe through my online fitness programs is not just a job for me, it’s a passion.

I’m here to share my love of health and well-being with you, so you can live your best life!

Some of my fitness career highlights include being a Nike Trainer for over 5 years, creating and filming courses for Daily OM in the USA, Tiffiny Hall's My TXO Platform in Australia, and running my own Pilates Yoga and Barre Studio in St Kilda, Melbourne, and my Personal Training Studio, Performance Pilates & Yoga, since 2017.

I’m also currently mentoring Pilates teachers at I Am That Studio in Collingwood Melbourne, and teaching Pilates teachers at Soma Co Studio in Vienna, Austria!

I’m an experienced and qualified Personal Trainer (Certificate IV Fitness), Yoga Teacher (500+hrs International Yoga Alliance Accredited), Pilates Trainer (Certificate IV Pilates), Dance and Barre teacher (Cecchetti Ballet Advanced II), with over a decade of experience in the coaching and fitness industry.

I also worked as a professional musical theatre performer and dancer for over a decade, so I know what it takes to fuel your body and mind with the right stuff to perform at a high level consistently.

Helping busy professionals and parents has become a specialty of mine, I totally understand and relate to how busy life can be, and how finding a balance between work, family life, rest, and play, is one of the most important things to master in life!

How does the program work?

-You’ll have one face-to-face coaching call over Zoom with me monthly, where we’ll discuss your goals, your progress, and any struggles you’re facing. This is a powerful way to stay connected and receive personal feedback and accountability directly from me.

- Each month you’ll receive a personalised exercise plan based on your goals and needs. This plan is in the form of a Google spreadsheet populated with classes from my online studio that I believe will suit you most, and can also include a resistance training program, weekly running or walking goals, or anything else you personally need.

- Guidance on your nutrition is also included, and I can educate you on macronutrient balance if you require this.


- You’ll have a weekly dose of fresh motivation and mindfulness as we meet as a group
 once a week over Zoom . In each session you’ll have the opportunity to share your wins for the week, discuss anything you are struggling with, and we will conclude with some gentle yoga and a guided meditation. If you can’t attend the Zoom call, you’ll be sent the recording within 24 hours.

- You’ll never feel in the dark, alone, or confused about your training as we stay connected via my 
"inner circle" Telegram group, where you can ask questions anytime, and receive consistent motivational prompts.

1:Your 1:1 coaching call with me monthly AND your personalised monthly workout plan

Every month we meet 1:1 over Zoom for a coaching call that is completely tailored to you and your needs.

In it, we’ll discuss anything you’re struggling with in your health, fitness, and nutrition journey, and I’ll give my personal advice and feedback.


You’ll also be emailed a questionnaire monthly to complete that will help me determine what to include in your personal training program.

You’ll then receive a tailored program of recorded classes with me across the styles of Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Dance Fitness, and Functional Strength Training. You can also choose to have a resistance training program created by me for you that you can complete at the gym.

I’ll also take into account any other physical training you regularly participate in and tailor your program accordingly to include that.

Connecting over Zoom weekly with myself and other fitness mentorship participants, this is an excellent way to remain accountable on your journey.

We begin each call with a check in to discuss our personal wins and struggles for the week, before concluding each session with a restorative yoga practice to ensure our bodies and minds are primed for success, and keep you grounded and present on your wellbeing journey.

These Zoom calls currently take place at 10am Melbourne/Sydney Time (6pm New York Time) on Saturdays, and if you can’t make it at that time, its totally fine! Submit your questions ahead of time and then receive the recording of the Zoom session to watch at a time that suits you.
