Welcome to my world of movement and empowerment.

I'm Stef, and for over 17 years, I've dedicated my life to helping people from all walks of life embrace confidence in their bodies and minds through transformative movement. My journey began on the dance floor as a professional dancer and dance teacher, which sparked my passion for fitness and led me to become a qualified personal trainer, Pilates teacher, yoga instructor, and barre expert.

Working as a professional dancer nationally and internationally from the age of 19 taught me that in order to perform at my peak, I needed to take excellent care of my physical and emotional wellbeing, and after some emotionally challenging events in my 20’s, my desire to delve deeper into the healing elements of physical training and yoga were strengthened and inspired me to learn more about the transformative effects of health and wellbeing practices.
Teaching dance to students of all ages and abilities really sparked my interest in coaching, so in 2012, I began my formal journey in fitness training, firstly becoming a qualified Personal Trainer, before completing my qualifications in Pilates coaching, Yoga teaching, and many other forms of movement such as Zumba, and Barre.


My work in the fitness industry caught the eye of Nike, resulting in me being appointed as a “Nike Trainer” from 2015 to 2020, with the intention of boosting women's participation in health and fitness globally.

In 2017, I started my own company, “Performance Pilates & Yoga”, in Melbourne. In this boutique studio, I honed in on working intimately with individuals to improve their health and fitness holistically, specialising in Reformer Pilates training, barre, and yoga. In 2020 I took my offerings online and created my online studio “Workin’ With Stef” which has helped over 2000 people train effectively from anywhere in the world.

My training philosophy is simple: Training should be enjoyable, varied, and balanced. I believe in mixing strength training, mobility exercises, and coordination activities to ensure your body and mind never plateau. Each session is designed not only to challenge you physically but also to engage your cognitive abilities, and yoga sessions with me provide invaluable moments for self-study and reflection.

Through my “Workin’ With Stef” Online Studio, my “Stef Wild Fitness Mentorship Program”, being a Pilates Teacher Trainer for Soma Co. Reformer Studio in Vienna, Austria, and my programs on platforms like Daily OM and My TXO, I’m excited to extend my reach globally.

I currently reside in Brisbane Australia with my husband, Cam, and Kelpie x Staffy puppy, Lando, and in my spare time I enjoy exploring my passions for dance, music, acting, and indoor gardening.
